Staff Nurse (LVN)

La Esperanza Clinic is looking for LVN to work at our Chadbourne St. location.

The clinic is open during these hours:

     Monday-Thursday   7:30am-8pm

     Friday                         7:30am-5pm

     Saturday                    8am-12pm

Candidates will need to be available to work during these hours.

Job Summary

The Staff Nurse is an integral part of the health care team. The Staff Nurse assists the health care team in a professional manner in the community health center setting.

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA)

La Esperanza Clinic is looking for Certified or Registered Medical Assistants to work at our 31st St. location.

The clinic is open during these hours:

     Monday-Thursday   7:30am-6pm

     Friday                         7:30am-5pm

Candidates will need to be available to work during these hours.

Job Summary

The primary function of the RMA/CMA is to provide direct and indirect support to the clinician in the delivery of patient care. ​The RMA/CMA must function under the direct supervision of a physician, RN, or midlevel practitioner. The RMA/CMA is expected to consult frequently with the supervising practitioner and to inform the clinician of the information given or actions taken.

Billing Specialist

La Esperanza Clinic is looking for a Billing Specialist to work at our administration building at 2029 W. Beauregard.

This position is during these hours:

     Monday-Friday   8am-5pm

Job Summary
  • Code and post all encounters.

  • Review all claims for accuracy and submit to appropriate insurance agency.

  • Post incoming Explanation of Benefits and payments.

  • Submit appeals for all denied payments.

Outreach Advocate

La Esperanza Clinic is looking for an Outreach Specialist to work at our Lakeview clinic at 35 E. 31st St.

The position is during these hours:

     Monday-Friday   8am-5pm

Job Summary

Currently, La Esperanza Clinic reaches seventeen counties of our target population. This position is fulfilled by presentations, health fairs, one on one contact, meetings home visits, clinic visits, businesses, schools, weekend events and other community events as assigned. Flexibility allows the reality of contacts to be achieved. The number of new patient’s users is 1400 over the course of a two year period.
